Amazon?

I got this strange email from Amazon yesterday.Apparently I owe sales tax on orders purchased last year. Say what? This hasn't happened before. So i saved the letter and didn't think any thing else about it. Then today i get another telling me the same thing. But this time it has an exact amount on it. OK. Time to take care of this. I follow the link over. Put in all the necessary info. And pay my bill. Now I'm looking back on this and wondering...... Is this really legit? Why hasn't this happened before? Should I find out if it's happening to others, Or just the state of South Carolina. IDK. I just find it odd that in all these years of ordering from them, I have never had anything like this happen.
